FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where are you based?

We are based in Telford, Shropshire. However, we operate across not only Shropshire but also Staffordshire, Cheshire, Greater Manchester & the West Midlands providing happy customers with beautiful bespoke kitchens and fitted furniture!

What type of work do you undertake?

Our speciality here at Prestige Interior Projects is bespoke kitchens but we're not confined to this! We also produce handcrafted bespoke furniture including wardrobes, media units and other fitted and freestanding furniture. In essence, tell us what you need and we'll tell you if we can help!

What's the difference between standard kitchens and bespoke kitchens?

Walk into any of the large DIY or specialist kitchen outlets and you'll be able to see kitchen designs in-situ. You will probably also be able to sit down with a designer who might be able to create an on-screen picture of how your finished kitchen will look. They might also be able to fit the kitchen in a matter of weeks for you from the date of order. This is the mass market kitchen - the one that you see in many people's houses and is 'standard'.

We're not saying that there's anything wrong with these standard kitchens, but just saying that these are not what we do. We create handcrafted bespoke kitchens and furniture that lasts. Because we're not a chain store, we're not confined to using a specific range of materials, worktops, handles and so on - in essence, whatever bespoke kitchen you want, we can design. And remember, quality takes time. A large bespoke kitchen project, working with Bradley, from the design through to completion can take a few months. And believe us, the finish you get is well worth the wait...

And as for the price, yes, a bespoke kitchen will cost you more than a standard one. Our clients will tell you that it's well worth the extra investment!

Will I have my own project manager?

We are a family run business, with our projects being directly managed and headed up by our director Bradley who is widely experienced and respected in this field.

How do I know about the quality of your work?

All images and videos on our website are an example of our previous completed projects. You can also hear for yourself from some of our previous customers if you head over to the 'Testimonials' page - Why not see what they have to say?

Do you have a brochure you could send me?

The reality is that we can design a kitchen to your individual preference and style, so we're not confined by a brochure. Essentially, anything and everything is possible. We would suggest that before meeting with Bradley, you put a 'mood board' together of images that you could pull from social media sites such as Instagram or Pinterest, for example, or even from high end kitchen magazines, for instance. This will give Brad an idea of what you have in mind as a starting point.

Can I get a quote?

If you fill out the 'Contact Us' form then we will be in touch. Bradley and the team will be happy to share their expert opinion and help you achieve exactly what you want! Or, if you prefer, why not contact us on 01952455466 and we can have a chat about your requirements!

Will you visit me at home?

Of course, it's important to see the project first hand! The reality is that Bradley will probably visit multiple times as you sit down to discuss the project in more and more detail and then again when he has drafted the CAD designs. This is all part of the service!

How quickly can you install my bespoke kitchen?

Quality takes time. You'll need to be prepared to wait as Bradley designs the kitchen and then handmakes the units with precision and exactness to achieve the fabulous finish you want. Depending upon the size of the project, it can be anything from a few weeks to a few months from start to finish! Remember, these are not 'off -the -shelf' kitchen units, they are all handmade. Believe us, it will be worth the wait! Of course, if you have a specific, realistic date requirement in mind, then we'll always do our best to accommodate this - let's talk!

What are your payment terms?

Once you've decided that you would like to proceed with your order, we work on the following basis: 10% deposit required to secure the project booking; 40% required to commence the project build; 30% required to commence onsite installation; Balance due on completion of the project.

What form of payment do you accept?

Payment is made by electronic funds transfer. We will provide you with our bank details on your official quotation.
